Q: WHAT KIND OF WOOD DOES BALKA USE?
A: We reuse used EPAL certified wooden pallets for all of our retail products, which is made mostly of pine wood. For custom orders, on the other hand, we can also use plywood whenever requested.

Q: CAN I PERSONALLY PICK UP PRODUCTS I INTEND TO ORDER?

Q: KAYU APA YANG DIGUNAKAN BALKA?
A: Kami memroses ulang pallet kayu bekas bersertifikasi EPAL, yang kebanyakan terbuat dari pinus, untuk semua produk retail kami. Namun untuk pesanan custom, kami juga bisa menggunakan multipleks jika memang diminta.

Q: BISAKAH SAYA AMBIL SENDIRI BARANG YANG INGIN DIBELI?
